Check out our Wisconsin “Brandy Old Fashioneds” available along with your other favorite cocktails. On Saturdays and Sundays, you can treat yourself to our Bloody Mary Bar from 11-3. Soda is also available.

This beer is brewed with whole Montmorency Cherries, Wisconsin Farmed Wheat and Belgian Roasted Barleys, lagered in oak tanks and balanced by Hallertau hops we aged in our brewery one full year. Staghorn is brewed using the time honored methods to release the smooth flavor of our roasted malts.

Diploma Master Brewer Dan employed juicy, sweet Strawberries to tame the barbaric wild tart fermentation of rhubarb. Escaped from the far corners of neighboring yards, local rhubarb was incorporated into the wild sour fermentation to create this drinkable dream. Bright, sour, and effervescent.
